Welcome to croquet in 2015

This is going to be an exiting year. Following the change to handicapping rules, with Doubles Games being included in index calculation, members have really got into the swing of using their handicap extra turns.
There has also been a marked increase in confidence of playing and I think it is fair to say that everybody are enjoying their games much more.

We have also welcomed new members, but there's room for more. We are therefore inviting interested people to an introduction session.

The first Open Day  will be on Wednesday 18th February from about 8.30am until lunch time, and if you can't make it in the morning, we will have an Open Night on 18th March from about 6pm until late.
Croquet, especially the format we play in Dubbo, is easy to learn but also provides plenty of challenge. It is not strenuous and easily tackled by any age group. Best of all, men and women play and compete on equal terms.

Come and see for yourself!

You will find our club lawns and premises at the rear of the Dubbo City Croquet Club, which is next door to the Western Plains Cultural Centre in Wingewarra Street. There is also access from Talbragar Street via the lane just after the pool.
